About Me

I'm an entrepreneur with background in software engineering and law.

I founded two startups: Roomstorm (Stormy) and Winding Tree, as well as Travel Tech Con, a conference for startups and software engineers from the travel industry.

In my spare time, I like backpacking in the mountains, playing music, diving, and piloting small planes.

I no longer use any social media (except LinkedIn). Contact me via [email protected] (public key).

Roomstorm & Stormy

Roomstorm is a passenger-care company. When flights are delayed or canceled, we make sure no traveler is left stranded. We help airlines find passengers a hotel in minutes, at the right price, without the usual scramble of phone calls and paperwork. We turn one of travel's most stressful moments into a moment of care.

Stormy is where that care becomes intelligent. As an AI-native passenger-care platform, Stormy steps in the instant a journey breaks. It keeps passengers informed, understands what they're owed, and arranges everything from accommodation to onward travel, automatically and around the clock. Disruption used to cost airlines money and goodwill. Stormy turns it into loyalty.

Winding Tree

Winding Tree was an attempt to create a B2B travel platform based on Ethereum. Winding Tree partners included Lufthansa, Air New Zealand, Nordic Choice Hotels, Citizen M, Swissport, Air France KLM, and Ernst & Young.

Travel Tech Con

While I lived in San Francisco, I organized a community of travel startups and other organizations that think startups will change the future of travel. Goal: enabling collaboration in travel.
